Website Ordering

Prices and Ordering

OurPractice has a transparent website cost structure. Your surgery website will cost £365 plus VAT per year. There is no setup fee and no hidden charges. Your annual license includes all features, hosting, support, nightly backups, upgrades, enhancements and full editing facilites.

The only other possible cost you might incur is £20 plus VAT per year should you want us to obtain and manage a domain name for you (e.g. www.yoursurgery.co.uk). If you already have a domain name we will help you with the redirection at no cost.

The OurPractice website delivery process is an all inclusive solution, from domain name and web design to content management.

  • We will prepare a limited selection of draft web pages using the content you have provided. We will make these available for you to review online.
  • Following your approval we will build the remaining pages required for your site and invite you to a final review.
  • Upon your final approval your OurPractice site will be configured to go live on your domain.
  • We will provide you with login details to the content management system and a user manual explaining how to administer your website.
